About the role The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans across all sales channels including retail stores, online, social commerce, e-commerce, and partner channels in alignment with company objectives and business direction. Key responsibilities Develop sales strategies and plans across retail, online, social commerce, e-commerce and partner channels aligned with company goals Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and create plans to achieve sales goals and KPIs Manage and monitor sales team performance, define KPIs, sales targets and performance metrics for each channel and team Analyze sales data, product performance, growth rates, conversion rates, average basket size and customer insights to plan and adjust sales strategies Plan and execute sales promotion activities with the Marketing department to drive sales, increase traffic and conversion across channels Manage sales channels and improve efficiency of each channel, including identifying opportunities to expand into new sales channels Develop and enhance sales team capabilities across retail and other channels to meet company service standards Build team motivation and develop sales team through incentive systems, sales coaching, training and performance management Manage relationships with key accounts, department stores, business partners and allies to retain customer base and create new business opportunities Negotiate commercial terms, sales areas, fees and business agreements with partners and allies according to company policy About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Retail Sales, Sales Management or related business Minimum 3 years of team management experience Understanding of Retail Operations, Sales Management, Customer Journey and Omnichannel Sales skills, negotiation skills and closing skills Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to plan and increase sales Ability to develop sales strategy, sales forecast and sales targets Team management, coaching and performance management skills Negotiation and key account relationship building skills Understanding of social commerce, e-commerce and online sales channels
