About Rogers Construction Group Rogers Construction Group (RCG) is a privately owned Sydney-based commercial construction company delivering projects across NSW, with offices in Bella Vista, Wollongong and Newcastle, and recently expanded into Melbourne. We specialise in Education, Aged Care & Retirement Living, Social and Government Housing, Government, Industrial, Corporate and Retail projects up to $20m. Our business is experiencing significant, controlled growth, built on strong client relationships and a reputation for delivering quality outcomes. As part of this growth, we're building out our Newcastle team and are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to help establish our presence in the region. This is a genuine opportunity to get in on the ground floor of RCG's Newcastle office, working on a growing pipeline of projects across the Hunter region and beyond, with the full backing of our established Sydney business. About the Role The Contracts Administrator will manage the commercial and contractual administration of projects from procurement through to completion, working closely with our Project Management, Estimating and Pre-Construction teams. You'll play a key role in shaping how the Newcastle team operates as it grows. As a Contracts Administrator at RCG, your responsibilities will include: • Building and sustaining strong client relationships • Preparing and maintaining the procurement strategy and schedule • Procuring trades and suppliers, and assessing tender submissions • Managing the procurement process to maximise opportunities and minimise risk • Monitoring and tracking project budgets, forecasting regularly and reporting movement and risk early • Managing the Head Contract to ensure variations, NODs and EOTs are submitted in line with contract requirements • Maintaining and updating records of all correspondence relating to contract activity • Organising and issuing delay notices and extensions of time, and maintaining registers • Preparing, distributing and executing subcontract agreements and purchase orders What We're Looking For Key requirements: • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on multi-disciplinary construction projects • Experience delivering commercial projects valued between $3m and $15m • A strong track record in the NSW construction market • High-level verbal and written communication and negotiation skills • Excellent business acumen and time management • Procore experience is essential • Hammertech, ProcurePro, Procore and Premier experience highly regarded • Committed, experienced and passionate about delivering great outcomes Why Join RCG? • Be part of building RCG's Newcastle team from the ground up, backed by an established Sydney business • Great team culture and collaborative environment • Quarterly team events and business updates • Weekly team lunches • Birthday leave day • Exposure to a diverse and growing pipeline of projects across NSW • Genuine career progression opportunities as the Newcastle office grows Salary A competitive salary package will be offered, based on skills and experience.
