Recruitment Researcher (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the Role We are looking for a high-potential Recruitment Researcher to join our Global Executive Search team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about people, business, and talent acquisition. You will work closely with a Senior Manager , receiving direct coaching and mentorship while supporting executive search assignments for leading multinational and local companies. This role is designed as a fast-track career path toward becoming an Associate Consultant . Key Responsibilities Executive Search & Talent Acquisition Source and identify high-caliber professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct candidate research, resume screening, and initial interviews to assess qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of management-level talent across multiple industries. Candidate Management Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process. Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide interview guidance. Gather interview feedback and support offer management and onboarding activities. Market Research & Talent Mapping Conduct company mapping, competitor analysis, and talent mapping for strategic search assignments. Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring activities to provide valuable market intelligence. Project & Client Support Work closely with the Senior Manager to understand client hiring needs and execute executive search projects. Prepare job advertisements and recruitment materials. Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and clients. Administration Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system. Prepare recruitment reports, search progress updates, and market insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline . Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in speaking to professionals. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
