Traffic Controllers Our clients are starting to pick up and they require Traffic Controllers to assist them with the management of traffic and pedestrian movement across various locations in and around Dunedin and Otago. We are looking for people to join our Experienced Traffic Control roster. These roles are varied, and are an ideal opportunity to kick off a civil career Job Description You will be working in a team environment under the guidance and instruction of experienced staff, ensuring that fellow employees and the public are kept safe as they move through the work-site.Traffic control ecxperience is preferred, however not necessary. Tasks include: Assisting the Site Supervisor by placing signage and cones at the location of work Communicating with fellow Traffic Controllers, using a hand-held radio to ensure the smooth flow of traffic through the work-site Clearly communicating with the public in a friendly manner Job Requirements: Realiablity - showing up to shifts ready and on time Current Traffic control qualifications preferred, but not essential Current NZ Drivers license Excellent verbal communication Team Player Physically able to stand for long periods of time in varying weather conditions Job Benefits: Weekly Pay Full PPE supplied at no cost to you Short and Long term assignments across different sites Opportunity to impress and kick start a civil career Apply online now with your CV.
