About the role This role involves overseeing and managing a Command Center operation on a 24/7 basis, ensuring readiness and compliance with established standards and SLAs. You will serve as Command Center Lead and Incident Lead during critical incidents or emergencies, controlling response, coordination, and escalation according to Incident Management Process. Key responsibilities Control and supervise Command Center operations 24/7 to maintain operational readiness according to standards and SLA Act as Command Center Lead / Incident Lead during critical incidents or emergencies, managing response, coordination, and escalation per Incident Management Process Analyze and define Command Center KPIs such as Incident Response Time, SLA Response Time, SOP Compliance, and Incident Resolution Time Develop and enhance SOP / WI / Procedure standards for Command Center operations to ensure consistency Manage Command Center process development and enhancement to align with ISO/IEC 27001 in preparation for 2027 operations Monitor and track Incident Management from receipt through analysis, escalation, closure, and reporting Oversee monthly Command Center service delivery and connectivity, including monitoring Service Status, SLA, and Service Performance across sites Analyze Incident and Service Performance data to identify root causes and process improvement opportunities Coordinate with Security, Service Engineer, IT/Network, Project, and Customer teams to resolve issues and enhance Command Center performance Prepare Management Reports / KPI Dashboards and present risk issues, problems, and improvement recommendations to management About you 3-5 years of experience in Command Center / Security Operation / Security Management / Incident Management Experience managing or supervising 24/7 Operation teams or Shift Operations Understanding of CCTV, VMS, Access Control, Alarm, LPR, or Security Technology systems Experience developing SOP, WI, Incident Procedures, and KPIs Understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 / Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ability to apply to operations Skills in Incident Response, Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Solving Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage situations under pressure Skills in Dashboard / Report / KPI Analysis
