About the role We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager who can build strong relationships with Japanese- and English-speaking clients while working closely with internal teams to deliver effective digital solutions. You'll act as a key bridge between clients and our creative, technical, and project teams—understanding client business needs, turning them into clear direction for the team, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese- and English-speaking clients throughout project delivery Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding clients' businesses, objectives, challenges, and expectations Communicate project progress, recommendations, issues, and next steps clearly and professionally Manage client expectations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery Proactively identify client needs and opportunities before they become immediate requests Understand client business challenges and translate them into clear briefs, requirements, and actionable direction for internal teams Lead the team in developing and proposing appropriate solutions based on clients' business objectives Prepare and present proposals, recommendations, and new ideas to clients proactively Coordinate with creative, technical, and other internal teams to plan and deliver digital projects Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope, and aligned with client objectives About you Professional fluency in Japanese and English Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or above Business-level English, with TOEIC 700+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project management, or a related role Experience in a digital agency, marketing agency, or related environment is preferred Experience working with clients and coordinating cross-functional teams projects and working with stakeholders Understanding of digital marketing and digital project delivery Strong client relationship management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Transportation allowance of up to THB 3,000 Overtime compensation in accordance with company policy Group health insurance Annual leave ranging from 8 to 20 days, based on tenure and company policy Modern co-working space at WeWork, T-One Building, with barista service from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and a daily social hour with beer on tap from 5:00–7:00 p.m. Company activities, trips, and team dinners Birthday meal Annual performance-based bonus Annual salary and performance review Hybrid working arrangement with one work-from-home day per week Eight flexible working hours per day Flexible starting time between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m.
