About the role Responsible for all process of payroll services and to ensure each payment to staff is paid correctly. Key responsibilities Payroll processing: accurately calculating and processing employee pay and deductions. Ensure that employees receive their salaries/wages including other income on time. Review ESS transactions and discuss with appropriate checkers in each BU/function for any incorrect data for clarification. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data. Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Keep update on changes in payroll laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality of employee payroll information. Maintain thorough and organized documentation of payroll processes, procedures, and records. Preparing staff bank deposit reports for review and approval by Head of HR. Submit monthly and annual tax reports to the Revenue Department. About you High Vocational or bachelor's degree in related field. Having payroll experience and administration more than 2-3 years in payroll processing. Proficiency in payroll software and excel. Excellent attention to details and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Fair command of reading, writing and speaking English. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Effective communication skills for dealing with individuals across the organization. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Able to work as a team with a positive attitude and open minded.
