Site Foreman – $100M Defence Project | Nowra Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Major Defence Project | Nowra, NSW An established Tier 2 construction company is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join the delivery team on a $100M Defence project in Nowra . This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded builder with a strong pipeline of major commercial and government projects across NSW. The Role Working alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site Drive daily site activities and construction programme Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inductions Monitor quality and ensure works meet project specifications Manage WHS requirements and maintain high safety standards Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics Assist with short-term programming and sequencing of works Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and project team Ensure subcontractors meet programme and quality requirements About You Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or Site Manager on commercial construction projects Experience on projects $30M+ highly regarded Defence, government, commercial or institutional project experience advantageous Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site operations Strong knowledge of WHS and QA requirements Confident communicator with a hands-on approach to site delivery Relevant trade background or construction qualification preferred What's on Offer Work on a landmark $100M Defence project Established Tier 2 commercial builder Long-term opportunity in the Nowra/South Coast region Strong project team and supportive site environment Competitive salary package based on experience For any questions relating to this role, please click Apply and we will be in touch to discuss further.
