About the role Responsible for comprehensive HR management and operations at the factory level as the sole HR officer on-site, coordinating with central HR, management, and department heads to ensure efficient personnel administration in compliance with company policy and labour law. Key responsibilities Oversee and manage all factory HR operations from employee onboarding through employment termination Maintain employee data, documents, and HRIS systems with accuracy and currency Manage time attendance, leave, overtime, and related employee administration data Prepare HR reports and data for factory management and central HR Coordinate with central HR on policies, systems, and processes Plan and execute recruitment aligned with approved headcount levels Manage recruitment processes from job posting, screening, interviews, selection coordination, and onboarding Monitor manpower status, turnover rates, and propose solutions to manpower issues Maintain employee-organisation relationships, address employee concerns, and provide HR guidance to managers and staff Oversee disciplinary matters, warnings, and personnel actions in accordance with company policy and law About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience; manufacturing or factory experience is highly valued Knowledge of labour law, HR operations, and employee relations Ability to manage HR independently and work autonomously Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Leadership capability and ability to work with employees and management at all levels
