Responsibilities Monitor the day-to-day irregularity reports, evaluate and plan the best course of remedial action for improvement and prevent reoccurrence; Process cargo claims in accordance with the IATA Cargo Claims Handling & Loss Prevention Handbook based on the most up-to-date information on the crucial legal aspects of the carriage of cargo by air; Handle customer complaints timely; Collect information from relevant sources, compile and submit operational data for the station performance review; Create reports and statistics according to the scheduled intervals for the purpose of management evaluation; Deputise the Deputy General Manager, Services during his absence from work; Projects as assigned by the Deputy General Manager, Services. Requirements Graduate of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or equivalent; IOSA Airline Auditor Training; 5 years relevant work experience, including 3 years in the aeronautical industry, and appropriate management experience; Knowledge of regulatory requirements and familiarity with quality systems including Safety Management System (SMS); Thorough knowledge with ground operations conducted under the Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC), but not limited to cargo handling functions.
