Job description • Prepare test summary report for project team review • Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures • Develop performance test scripts and prepare environment for testing • Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability using LoadRunner performance testing tool • Understand business requirements to ensure any test cases are accurate and have necessary coverage • Prepare of Test Data required • Report testing results and creating of defects found • Coach & guide QA specialist on test plan and strategy • Manage regression test suite and test cases • Execute the performance testing • Review and prepare test cases, test condition, test data and expected results • Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for defects fix • Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions • Analyze scalability, throughput and performance testing metrics against test servers • Build and maintain performance testing strategy and framework Qualifications • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Information Technology or other related fields • At least 6 years experience in Mobile Application testing, developer or related function • Knowledge of banking products and Banking Industry and Finance • Understanding of business process management of banking operation business and risk management of solution design. • Agile & DevOps Automated Tools
