Key Responsibilities 1. Business Intelligence & Analytics Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Metabase to deliver actionable business insights. Data Modeling & Optimization: Architect and optimize robust data models, write complex DAX/SQL queries, and implement efficient data transformation (ETL/ELT) processes to ensure data accuracy and speed. 2. Business Applications & Process Automation Low-Code App Development: Build custom, user-friendly business applications using Power Apps to streamline operational processes. Workflow Automation: Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate manual tasks. Collaboration Platforms: Configure, customize, and manage SharePoint sites and Smartsheet workspaces (including control centers, sheets, and automated alerts) to optimize team collaboration and project tracking. CRM applications: Implement new features with suppliers 3. Data model & Warehousing Data Warehouse Management: Manage, monitor, and optimize data models and schemas within cloud data warehouses, with a preference for GCP (BigQuery), Amazon Redshift, and SAP Analytics Cloud . 4. AI & Intelligent Solutions AI Integration: Identify, develop, and integrate AI capabilities (such as Power Platform AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, n8n, or predictive modeling) into business applications and workflows to drive smart automation and predictive insights. 5. Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement Requirement Gathering: Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. User Support & Training: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to end-users to drive platform adoption. Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides.
