Join our team as a Senior, Project Management and play a role in designing a platform system that's efficient, effective, and user-friendly. Your efforts will directly impact the satisfaction of our business users and customers while optimizing operational processes. Responsibilities Analyze, design and manage the work processes of both front and back offices to increase operational efficiency, as well as to increase the satisfaction and customer experience. Partner with our internal team to understand the platform's business requirements and work with developers to translate them into technical specs. Make sure the platform provides a seamless user experience by mapping out user journeys and designing interfaces that are easy to use. Troubleshoot any related platform issues that arise to keep the platform running smoothly. Lead incident management with internal and partners to identify root cause and turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. Work closely with the development team to make sure we launch on time, within budget, and with a high degree of quality. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of platform performance post-launch to evaluate the future investment. Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in real estate and investment tech and use that knowledge to improve our platform. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field. 4+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, product owner, business analyst, business development in IT, Tech startup. Software development process background is required Good understanding of agile and lean principles. Strong logical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and outside developers. Good command in English both writing and speaking. Interested in business with the ability of knowledge applying to platform development. Knowledge of real estate and investment industries is a plus.
