About the role Join a fast-paced and dynamic team supporting Global Travel Retail and FMCG operations. You will coordinate purchase orders, inventory management, and stock replenishment while managing inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and customers. Key responsibilities Coordinate purchase orders, inventory management, and stock replenishment Manage inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and customers Monitor inventory levels and support stock-taking activities Prepare shipping documents, permit declarations, and handle customs-related queries Liaise with Finance on accounts payable and receivable matters Support customer service and supply chain operations across multiple product portfolios Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery About you Minimum GCE O Level Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills Meticulous with good attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, import/export, or inventory management is an advantage Ability and patience to handle high pressure environment
