This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside a skilled team of carpenters and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and mentorship while helping keep projects running smoothly. What you'll bring: NZ-qualified Carpenter with strong residential or commercial construction experience Previous Leading Hand, Foreperson, or leadership experience Excellent communication and mentoring skills A positive, team-focused approach with the ability to motivate others Strong commitment to quality workmanship and health & safety Ability to coordinate site activities and lead from the front What's in it for you?
