Key Responsibilities Prepare and process quotations and customer orders based on agreed project scope, pricing and commercial terms. Review order details and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before execution. Coordinate procurement activities, including placing purchase orders, following up with suppliers and tracking equipment availability. Arrange international shipping by sea or air, customs clearance and final delivery with logistics partners. Coordinate the delivery of related IT services and ensure that project commitments are fulfilled on time. Maintain accurate project, order, procurement, shipping and delivery records. Prepare billing documents and coordinate invoice issuance upon completion of the relevant project milestones. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and internal finance teams to support timely collection. Provide regular status updates to customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Identify operational risks, documentation gaps, delays or delivery issues and escalate them promptly. Requirements Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin, as the roles involve regular communication and correspondence with Mandarin-speaking customers, partners and suppliers. Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with quotations, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documents. Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Able to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines in a dynamic regional environment. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders. Experience in project operations, order fulfilment, procurement, logistics or billing will be an advantage.
