Job Description 1. Talent Acquisition Manage manpower planning and recruitment strategy Coordinate job postings, recruitment campaigns, and staff branding initiatives Screen applications and review candidate qualifications Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Monitor and coordinate employee probation evaluation process, including probation tracking, follow-up with line managers, and preparation of confirmation, extension, or termination documents within timeline. 2. Payroll Management Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain payroll records and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security (SSO), and labor regulations. Coordinate with Finance and external vendors on payroll-related matters. 3. Compensation & Benefits Policy and Structure Assist in designing and maintaining fair, competitive compensation structures. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, allowances, and leave. Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to support compensation strategy. Provide guidance to employees and managers on C&B policies. 4. Performance Management (KPI Setting) Support design and rollout of the company’s performance management framework. Partner with managers to set clear, measurable KPIs aligned with business objectives. Facilitate performance appraisal cycles and provide guidance on evaluation standards. Analyze performance data to support decisions on salary reviews, promotions, and rewards. 5. Employee Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HumanOS and personnel files. Process new hire, transfer, and termination documentation. Update employee information throughout the employment lifecycle. Ensure confidentiality and compliance in employee data handling. 6. Office Management Ensure a safe, clean, and functional office environment. Coordinate office services such as cleaning, maintenance, and equipment support. Liaise with IT and facility vendors to resolve issues. Support office activities and employee engagement initiatives. Qualification & requirements At least 2-5 years of experience in any HR field, with exposure to HR operations, policies, procedures, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus. Knowledge of HumanOS is plus.
