The Business Development & Marketing Senior Executive / Executive is responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share for Panasonic's Plug & Switch product portfolio. Position: Business Development and Marketing (Constriction Materials) : PSTH Silom Location: BTS Saladaeng / MRT Silom Job Description: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales growth and market expansion for Plug & Switch product category by managing the sales & marketing budget allocation for Push-Pull activities by architecture, interior designer and developer. Build and maintain strong relationships with architecture, interior designer and developer. Created customers demanding with project sale team by pre-specification thru architecture, interior designer and developer. Organizing customer visits customer for sales activity and contributing to customer relationship management. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Organize Electrical Construction Material Shop displays, including product displays and props setting. Support marketing activities for architecture, interior designer and developer or electrical construction material shop. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical Engineer, Business Administration or Marketing or related field. Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or marketing in electrical products, wiring devices, construction materials, or related industries. Experience managing architecture, interior designer and developer. Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and business development activities. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, channel development, and business planning. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Good communication in English Good computer skill in MS Office especially Excel, Power Point etc. with analytical skills, detail oriented. Have own car with driving license.
