Key Roles & Responsibilities Own sales targets, account performance and business development for assigned key accounts. Manage day-to-day relationships with buyers, merchandising, commercial and relevant operational teams while continuously expanding the relationship network. Develop account sales plans and identify opportunities to grow revenue, product assortment, share of wallet and market presence. Drive product listing, purchase orders, stock allocation, replenishment and commercial follow-up. Monitor sell-in, sell-out, weeks of stock, aging inventory and product mix; act proactively to improve stock health and accelerate slow-moving products. Coordinate promotions, launches and account activities with Channel Management, GTM & Trade Marketing and Product teams. Negotiate routine commercial terms and promotional activities within agreed authority and escalate strategic issues appropriately. Track competitor products, pricing, promotions, launches and retailer activities and provide timely market feedback. Prepare realistic sales forecasts and demand inputs to support product ordering and supply planning. Resolve customer, commercial and operational issues quickly and follow through until closure. Regularly visit customers and stores to stay close to actual market conditions, frontline feedback and new opportunities. Act with ownership, urgency and teamwork; support colleagues and contribute to overall team success, not only individual sales results. Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field. Typically 3–6 years of key account sales experience, preferably in IT, smartphone, consumer electronics, gadget or distribution business. Proven experience dealing directly with retailers such as BaNANA / Com7, JIB, IT City, Jaymart, TG, iStudio / Apple-focused retail or comparable accounts. Existing customer relationships and network are strongly preferred. Strong understanding of account purchasing processes, listing, promotions, retail operations and commercial routines. Good working knowledge of sell-in, sell-out, inventory management, sales forecasting and account profitability. Target-driven with strong ownership, follow-through and problem-solving capability. Able to work independently, prioritize effectively and deliver results with limited supervision. Passionate about selling, products and winning with customers; demonstrates energy, resilience, curiosity and a growth mindset. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Collaborative team player who willingly shares information, supports cross-functional execution and works toward common business goals.
