The role focuses on strategy, performance management, continuous improvement, capability building and removing operational barriers that impact recruitment outcomes, and contribute to the achievement of Trojan Recruitment Group’s operational and financial KPIs. The Recruitment Support Manager will create an environment where the Recruitment Support team delivers timely, accurate and value-adding support across candidate sourcing, screening, administration, compliance, database management and recruitment processes. ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment operations, recruitment support, shared services or a similar workforce environment. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management and operational workflows. Experience managing performance against KPIs and service delivery expectations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify barriers and implement practical solutions. Experience developing processes, systems and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong capability using recruitment systems, databases, reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into improvement strategies. DESIRABLE SKILLS Experience supporting Australian recruitment operations. Labour hire or high-volume recruitment experience. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM systems and workforce management platforms. Experience managing offshore recruitment support teams. Understanding of Australian employment, compliance and recruitment practices.
