About the role We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to provide legal consultation and support for business operations in Thailand. The successful candidate will oversee contract management, regulatory compliance, legal risk management, and cross-border business matters while coordinating with external law firms and government authorities. Key responsibilities Provide daily legal advice regarding Thai laws, regulations, and government policies. Support cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, market entry, and other international business transactions. Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure all legal documents and business activities comply with applicable Thai laws. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal and contractual risks. Monitor changes in Thai laws and regulations and update internal policies and procedures accordingly. Support compliance assessments, internal audits, legal disputes, and litigation matters. Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for local and international projects. Coordinate with external law firms, government agencies, and relevant authorities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or a related field. A recognized legal professional qualification or lawyer's licence is preferred. Minimum five years of professional legal experience, including at least three years in international or cross-border legal practice. Previous legal experience in Thailand is highly preferred. Fluency in Thai, English, and Chinese, with the ability to use all three languages professionally. Strong knowledge of the Thai legal system, particularly corporate law, foreign investment law, and labour law. Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple legal matters and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
