About the Role We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to join our Philippines team. This role will focus on Recruitment, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. The HR Manager will work closely with the Philippines management team and HQ HR to ensure effective talent acquisition, compliant HR practices, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Develop and optimize local recruitment channels to attract qualified talent. Ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled efficiently and within agreed timelines. Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. 2. HR Compliance Ensure HR practices and employment processes comply with applicable Philippinesn labor laws and regulations. Manage employment contracts, employee documentation, HR policies, and compliance records. Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies when required. Monitor changes in local labor laws and advise management on relevant HR compliance matters. Support HR audits, labor inspections, and other compliance-related matters when required. 3. Employee Relations Handle employee inquiries, concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner. Support the resolution of employee relations matters and labor disputes in coordination with management and external advisors when required. Provide HR advice to managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and other people-related matters. Maintain a positive and professional working environment while balancing employee and business needs. 4. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Manage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, employee changes, and offboarding. Ensure employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data are accurate and up to date Prepare regular HR reports and provide HR data and insights to management and HQ HR. Ensure employee separation and other HR processes are handled smoothly and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. 5. HR Business Partnership & Employee Engagement Work closely with the Philippines management team and department heads on people-related matters. Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and HR initiatives based on business needs. Support employee engagement, communication, and company culture initiatives. Partner with HQ HR to implement global HR policies and HR projects. Support other HR projects and initiatives assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 2.5+ years of HR experience, with solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, or HR operations. 3.Strong knowledge of Philippinesn labor laws and employment regulations. 4.Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations management. 5.Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 6.Good problem-solving and conflict-management capabilities, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally. 7.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing organization. 8.Fluent English communication skills and ability to use English as a working language. 9.Experience in building HR processes or HR systems from 0 to 1 is preferred.
