Working closely with an experienced Senior Site Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of site activities, subcontractors, deliveries, trades and short-term programming. As your experience and confidence grows, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of minor works and smaller projects. The role will give you strong exposure to the full site management process, including: Coordinating subcontractors, trades and deliveries Assisting with daily site activities and sequencing Managing allocated work fronts and minor works Reading drawings and identifying coordination or buildability issues Assisting with site inductions, safety and quality requirements Maintaining site records, photos, RFIs and documentation Supporting two-week lookaheads, defects and project close-out Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team Developing the skills and experience required to step into a Site Manager position YOU A few years of commercial construction experience on site Ideally coming from a trade background with solid hands-on construction experience Previous Leading Hand, Foreperson or Supervisor experience highly regarded Strong understanding of site coordination, sequencing and construction methodology Confident reading drawings and communicating with subcontractors and trades Organised, reliable and keen to take the next step in your career Comfortable using construction software and mobile applications Experience with Procore, SignOnSite or similar systems highly regarded White Card essential First Aid/CPR desirable This role is for someone who is keen to learn, takes accountability and wants a genuine pathway into Site Management.
