Silverstrand is seeking Franna/ Crane Operators + Dogman/ Riggers to become a key part in shaping the future of our business alongside an experienced team. BIBO project - Brisbane airport bus pick up - 2/1 roster. Camp and Meals provided. 12 hour days. Large gas power plant project just outside of Dalby. Pre-Employment medical required. SEQ workers only. Full Time: Crane Operator - $48.60 - $55.35 P/H + Super + Penalties after 8 hours + Allowances ( $5.50 P/H Site allowances) + Saturday and Sunday penalty rates. Rigger - $46.44 - $51.30 P/H + Super + Penalties after 8 hours + Allowances ( $5.50 P/H Site allowances) + Saturday and Sunday penalty rates. Dogman - $46.44 P/H + Super + Penalties after 8 hours + Allowances ( $5.50 P/H Site allowances) + Saturday and Sunday penalty rates. About the role: This role is responsible for (but not limited to): Crane/ Franna: Operating a variety of Franna Crawler Crane Operations Ability to read and understand load charts Civil construction based work Ability to look after and maintain plant and equipment Ensuring compliance with site safety & environmental requirements Dogman/ Riggers: Safely dogging suspended loads accurately Rigging and securing loads for cranes Working safely around high risk machinery General labouring and trade assistant work as required Ability to read and understand load charts Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience A strong commitment to working safely and productively C6 Crane Ticket or C0 Ticket Dogman ticket Riggers ticket Construction Induction card (White Card) Current HR Driver’s licence About Us: Silverstrand is a privately owned company that provides high-quality civil engineering and construction services across Australia and New Zealand.
