What You'll Be Doing Assist the Production Manager in organizing and coordinating daily production activities and on-site operations. Build, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and production line transitions. Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) . Provide on-site support to the production team and demonstrate people management skills to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation. Who We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline. 8 years or above experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with 2 years or above experience in managerial position. Prior experience with GMP standards is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Solid On-site people management experience. A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. Possession of either Traditional Chinese Medicine or Drug/Poison licenses is a plus.
