We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electronic Components Sales Manager to expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling passive and active electronic components. Such as Shortage and excess stock of IC chip, MLCC ,memory,PCB. A deep understanding of the industry, and strong connection with buying persons and decision maker. This job is located in Tsuen Wan Sales & Business Development: Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in electronic components. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Handle other tasks assigned by management Such as prepare and logistic for domestic and international shipments. Account Management: Manage and grow key customer accounts. Negotiate pricing, and terms with customers. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer facing sales, preferably in electronic components distribution, or suppliers. Strong knowledge of passive and active components (resistors, capacitors, semiconductors, sensors, etc.). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skill. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with key Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and (Original Equipment Manufacturers) OEM in the electronic components industry. Understanding of emerging trends such as IoT, automotive electronics, consumer electronic, and industrial automation. AI. Knows about logistic for shipments DHL, FEDEX,SF, label Inspect ,items for damage and accuracy before packing. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events and exhibition.
