Senior Admin Executive / Operations Admin

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the Operations Administration team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Manage LPG sales agreements and maintain accurate customer and operational records. Monitor and coordinate the renewal of LPG licences and LPG Safety Licences to ensure regulatory compliance. Liaise with customers to obtain required documentation, including LPG checklist endorsements. Coordinate with Town Councils and relevant authorities for Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) applications. Prepare and submit documentation for SCDF plan search applications. Ensure operational processes comply with statutory regulations, company policies, and ISO standards. Support internal and external ISO audits by preparing documentation and following up on audit findings. Review and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by Management. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations administration or a similar role. Prior experience in the LPG, gas, engineering, facilities management, or construction industry is preferred. Experience dealing with regulatory authorities such as SCDF and Town Councils will be an advantage. Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
