About the role The Assistant L&D Manager (Strategic & Transformation) plays a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce capabilities across the 5 umbrella companies. This role focuses on identifying learning needs, building competency frameworks, and driving digital/AI transformation initiatives to prepare the organization for international expansion. The successful candidate will design high-impact leadership and upskilling programs while managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and measuring the ROI of L&D interventions. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive capability assessments, competency mapping, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all business units. Develop, design, and manage the annual learning and capability development plans tailored to business strategic goals. Design, implement, and oversee high-impact learning, leadership development, and workforce upskilling programs. Partner with department heads to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for Talent & Successor. Lead AI and digital capability development initiatives to accelerate AI adoption and digital fluency across the group. Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless, data-driven learning experience. Explore and integrate modern HR tech tools (e.g., automation workflows) to enhance learning accessibility. Evaluate program effectiveness and learning outcomes through solid business impact and ROI measurements. Generate executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting capability building progress, AI/Digital adoption metrics, and LMS utilization across the group. Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement of L&D strategies. About you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in L&D with a strong focus on strategy, instructional design, and competency mapping. Proven experience managing an LMS and driving digital/AI learning initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate learning data into business ROI and comprehensive management reports. Strategic thinker with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
