Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage the Beauty Content Calendar, ensuring coverage across all facets of the beauty industry, aligned with the brand's editorial strategy. Constantly research and monitor global and local beauty trends, new product launches, brand news, and industry developments. Generate and write compelling articles, product reviews, trend reports, expert interviews, and other creative content that resonates with the target readership. Oversee and direct beauty photoshoots and video content, working closely with photographers, makeup artists, and stylists. Edit and proofread all beauty-related articles for grammar, style, tone, and editorial standards. Manage and provide constructive feedback to freelance writers and contributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty brands, PR agencies, industry experts, and key influencers. Collaborate with SEO and Digital Media teams to optimize content performance and reach. Attend press events, product launches, and relevant marketing appointments as required. Qualifications and Skills : Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Beauty Editor, Beauty Writer , or a related editorial role in print or digital media. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. In-depth and current knowledge of global beauty products, techniques, and industry trends. Exceptional and precise writing and editing skills in English and/or Thai. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure. Highly creative with the ability to pitch and develop innovative beauty content ideas. Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for digital and social media platforms.
