Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with assigned Key Account customers Handle the full sales cycle, including customer meetings, order follow-up and sales documentation Support sales planning and execution to achieve business targets Prepare sales reports and assist in sales forecasting for management review Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities Maintain close communication with customers to support long-term business growth Assist in coaching and guiding junior sales team members when required Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed Requirements Degree holder in Business, Sales, Marketing or related disciplines 3–6 years of relevant sales experience , preferably in food / FMCG / trading industry Proven experience in handling Key Account customers Supervisory, mentoring or team-leading experience is an advantage Strong business sense with analytical and problem-solving skills Result-driven, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good presentation and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint ; SAP knowledge is a plus Willing to attend occasional business travel or customer visits (Less experience will be considered for the post of Sales Supervisor.)
