HR Manager Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig Work Setup: Full On-site Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support the organization in building a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce. The HR Manager will oversee key areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, training and development, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures aligned with business objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent management. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns. Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations. Develop training, career development, and succession planning initiatives. Partner with department heads and management on workforce and people-related strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and recommendations for management. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience , with managerial or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or other HR management systems. Willing to work full on-site in BGC, Taguig .
