About the role This role involves developing international markets and expanding business operations through strategic sales execution, client relationship management, export coordination, and data analysis. You will identify market opportunities, manage sales targets, maintain long-term customer relationships, handle export documentation and logistics, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and represent the company at international trade shows. Key responsibilities Analyse foreign market trends and continuously identify new business opportunities and customer segments Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans aligned with organisational objectives Study competitor movements and analyse consumer behaviour across regions to adjust strategies accordingly Present company products and services professionally to target customers in foreign markets Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and agreements for maximum company benefit Drive and close sales to achieve defined sales targets and KPIs Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing customer base Monitor customer satisfaction levels, provide advice and coordinate problem resolution promptly and accurately Analyse customer needs to propose additional products or services (up-selling/cross-selling) Prepare and verify accuracy of all export-related documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, etc.) Coordinate closely with relevant internal departments and transport service providers (Freight Forwarder/Shipping) Monitor shipments and ensure delivery meets scheduled timelines and complies with international trade terms (Incoterms) Track, summarise and analyse sales data to prepare systematic performance reports Prepare sales forecasts and sales plans to ensure operational readiness Present analytical data and strategic recommendations to management for decision-making Represent the company at international trade shows both domestically and abroad Build business partner networks and conduct brand public relations to expand customer base
