Manager, Transportation

What You'll Be Doing Lead and develop a small team in driving governance, accountability and continuous improvement across the transportation function Oversee operations of the internal transport fleet and manage 3PL/transportation suppliers to guarantee services deliverables Drive the optimization of WMS and TMS to maximize workload balancing, route planning, mileage savings, and resource allocation Continuously analyze logistics data to optimize transportation transportation routes and modes, reducing lead times and operational costs while maintaining service quality Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute logistics solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations and support business growth Ensure all transportation and fleet operations strictly comply with Hong Kong traffic regulations, occupational safety laws, and cold-chain quality standards What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of solid experience in distribution, fleet management, or logistics operations, preferably within the Cold Chain, FMCG, or 3PL sectors Proven track record in managing commercial vehicle fleets, with specific hands-on knowledge of refrigerated trucks and cold chain compliance Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and hands-on experience with logistics management software (WMS/TMS) Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client-facing communication skills.
