Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Join our Central Operations team and play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a hospital environment. Central Operations works closely with various departments to coordinate administrative and operational functions, ensuring resources are well managed, workflows run efficiently, and patient care remains at the heart of what we do. We are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive Executive to support the Head of Operations, Central Ops. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with different stakeholders, coordinating projects and gaining valuable exposure to healthcare operations. What You’ll Be Doing Provide full-spectrum administrative and operational support to the Central Operations Office. Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, presentation materials and supporting documents. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items and matters arising. Collate and analyse data, and prepare reports, presentation slides and other documents. Support the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects. Monitor project progress, milestones, deadlines and deliverables, providing regular updates to management. Coordinate tasks, resources and timelines for key projects and initiatives. Manage purchase and work requisition processes, including obtaining supplier quotations and submitting invoices for payment. Prepare and submit departmental expense claims and maintain proper records. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Perform general administrative duties including typing, filing, scanning, photocopying and document management. Manage calendars and schedules, including meetings, clinical work and events. Assist with overseas travel arrangements and itinerary planning. Support other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Keen interest in healthcare operations and administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Confident in communicating and working with stakeholders at different levels. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player who is also comfortable working independently. Proactive, energetic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
