ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role TOPLINE SAFETY GLASS (M) SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team based in Balakong, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions. What you'll be doing What You'll Be Doing Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents. Check, verify, and reconcile Director’s credit card statements, transactions, receipts, and supporting documents. Liaise with tenants on rental collection, follow up on outstanding rental payments, and attend to issues or matters raised by tenants. Liaise with the finance team, management, customers, suppliers, and other relevant parties on accounting matters. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant tax requirements. Assist with audit, tax, SST, and e-Invoice matters, where required. Perform general administrative and finance-related duties as assigned by management. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as Xero or Quickbooks Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Relevant educational qualifications in accounting or finance, such as a degree or professional certification What we offer At TOPLINE SAFETY GLASS (M) SDN BHD', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
