SENIOR ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Our client Advance Retro Solution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Account & Admin Executive to join their team! Why this role? You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring compliance with local and statutory requirements. About Our Client Advance Retro Solution Sdn. Bhd. specializes in providing engineering solutions and training equipment to academic institutions in Malaysia. They offer a wide range of products including engineering software, CNC machines, robotic trainers, and more. What you'll be doing? Manage accounting: Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks including cash book, fixed assets, and accounts payable. Financial transactions: Prepare and process various financial documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Reporting: Generate timely weekly and monthly reports, as well as ad hoc reports as needed. Liaison: Communicate with external auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Administration: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail processing. Who are they looking for? Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in accounting/finance/banking/LCCI or related field with over 3 years of experience. Language proficiency: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is essential, with Mandarin proficiency preferred for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders. Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software, with the ability to work independently and multitask.
