Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited (Also Known As "SUNZIP) has offered globally full services regarding OEM service, product design and development service, as well as ODM services to customers. We also provide our house brand for all product categories as well. Our manufacturing service enables production of all plastic goods with modern technology in terms of the advancement of raw material by using general plastic, bioplastic, compostable plastics as well as products from research and development process (R&D) such as Modify Atmosphere Packaging, Anti-Bacterial Packaging, TEMP. Indicator Packaging, etc. Position Overview: The Vice President – Human Resources is a Strategic Leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across Human Resources and Administrative functions for both the Corporate Office and Factory. This role ensures seamless integration of organizational culture, operational excellence, and internal and external communication, aligning HR and administrative direction with the Company's vision and goals — while partnering directly with Plant Management to embed people strategy into production and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Administration functions across Corporate Office and Factory, ensuring alignment with business and manufacturing objectives. Act as a strategic HR partner to Senior Management and Plant Management on organizational structure, workforce strategy, headcount optimization, and people-related business decisions. Lead workforce planning and manpower budgeting to balance operational requirements, workforce capacity, productivity, and labor costs. 2. Talent Management & Organizational Development Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies for management, professional staff, and plant workforce to support current operations and future business growth. Develop and drive employer branding strategies and initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and attract high-quality talent. Enhance candidate attraction, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements. Lead talent development, leadership development, and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of future leaders, supervisors, and key technical talent. Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support business transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness. 3. Performance, Compensation & HR Operations Oversee Compensation & Benefits strategies, including salary structures, plant wages, allowances, incentive schemes, benefits, and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Lead performance management and KPI frameworks, aligning individual and organizational performance with business, productivity, operational excellence, and safety targets. Oversee HR operations, including time attendance, payroll coordination, HRIS, workforce data, HR analytics, statutory reporting, and HR administration. 4. Employee & Labor Relations Develop and drive corporate culture and employee engagement strategies to strengthen employee connection, collaboration, and alignment with the company’s values and business direction. Lead internal communication initiatives to ensure effective communication across Corporate Office and Factory, strengthening employee awareness, engagement, and organizational alignment. Design and oversee employee engagement activities, recognition programs, welfare initiatives, and company-wide activities to enhance employee experience and workplace culture. Drive learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities, support continuous learning, and build organizational readiness for future business needs. Lead employee and labor relations, maintaining a positive and productive working environment while effectively managing workplace disputes and employee-related issues. Promote a strong safety-first, collaborative, and high-performance culture across the organization. 5. HR Governance & Compliance Develop and strengthen HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective HR practices across the organization. Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, employment regulations, statutory requirements, safety requirements, and applicable manufacturing standards. Support and ensure HR readiness for internal, external, and customer audits. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including proven success leading multiple HR functions at a senior management level. Strong background in a manufacturing or plant environment, with hands-on experience in workforce planning, plant HR operations, and managing a labor-intensive workforce. Solid working knowledge across core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development. Strong command of Thai labor law, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements. Proven people leadership, with the ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing HR teams. Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills, translating business priorities into effective HR strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with credibility to influence and partner with senior management and cross-functional leaders. Able to transport at Factory located in Aomyai, Sampram, Nakhon Pathom (At least 1 day per week)
