About the role This is a key role within the service department, responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service bookings and ensuring customers receive a high level of service from initial enquiry through to job completion. Key responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails and service requests Schedule and coordinate daily service jobs for technicians Prioritise urgent breakdowns and manage changes to the daily schedule Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide job updates Communicate with technicians throughout the day and assist with job requirements Create, allocate, track and follow up service jobs Coordinate planned preventative maintenance bookings Maintain accurate customer and job information within the job management system Invoicing, job completion and follow-ups Quoting Work closely with the Service Manager and wider team About you Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration or customer service HVAC, refrigeration or trade/service industry experience would be advantageous Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Confident dealing with both customers and tradespeople Able to prioritise and adapt when plans change throughout the day Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and job scheduling systems Simpro experience would be an advantage Positive, proactive and solutions-focused About us Air Mc is an established Auckland HVAC and refrigeration company providing service, maintenance and installation solutions across commercial, residential and industrial customers.
