Assist in the day-to-day indoor service operations, including customer coordination, service scheduling, documentation, quotations, and internal/external communications. The role will work closely with customers, service engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service requests are completed efficiently and within agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities Attend to customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Prepare quotations, charges, and Job Order Processing (JOP) documents. Schedule and prioritize customer service requests. Coordinate with field service engineers, subcontractors, customers, vendors, and relevant parties to ensure timely completion of services. Maintain service history, customer feedback, service reports, and other relevant documentation. Provide regular customer account updates and reports to the Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Lead Coordinator. Monitor recurring issues and complaints and recommend process improvements. Identify opportunities for additional services, follow-up services, regular maintenance, and equipment upgrades based on customer needs. Support customer audits and inspections and provide required documentation. Prepare service request forms and purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors. Arrange shipping and delivery documentation for equipment and materials. Coordinate air ticket reservations and bookings when required. Prepare and issue materials and parts to subcontractors, technicians, and engineers. Raise purchase requisitions for accessories, installation materials, and parts required for projects and service jobs. Maintain proper work schedules, filing systems, and service documentation. Coordinate and maintain schedules for projects and service works involving service personnel. Handle Furuno and non-Furuno equipment warranty claims. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements GCE N/O/A Level with 3–4 years of relevant working experience , or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline with 1–2 years of relevant working experience . Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with NetSuite is an added advantage. Strong organizational and coordination skills with good attention to detail. Able to manage multiple service requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
