We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our People & Culture team. This role will lead the Talent Acquisition team and oversee end-to-end recruitment while supporting workforce planning, manpower management, and organization structure to ensure our people strategy aligns with current and future business needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Team Leadership Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team , including recruiters and TA support functions. Set team priorities, assign recruitment responsibilities, and manage workloads according to business and hiring priorities. Monitor individual and team performance against recruitment targets and agreed KPIs. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development to strengthen the capability and performance of TA team members. Conduct regular team meetings and recruitment reviews to track progress, identify challenges, and agree on action plans. Support team members in handling complex recruitment cases, candidate negotiations, and stakeholder management. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the TA team. 2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process , from manpower requisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies. Manage recruitment priorities across multiple functions and ensure critical vacancies are addressed effectively. Proactively source and build talent pipelines for critical and high-demand positions. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university relations, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives. Manage and coordinate recruitment agencies and other external recruitment partners when required. 3. Workforce & Manpower Planning Support annual and ongoing workforce planning and manpower budgeting in alignment with business requirements. Partner with business leaders to review manpower requirements, including new headcount, replacement positions, workforce gaps, and future hiring needs . Monitor approved headcount, actual headcount, vacancies, new hires, employee movements, and manpower gaps. Analyze manpower trends and recruitment demand to support workforce decisions and hiring priorities. Prepare manpower reports, workforce summaries, and management dashboards. Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with approved manpower plans and headcount budgets. 4. Organization Structure & Headcount Management Support the development, review, and maintenance of the company's Organization Structure and Organization Charts . Coordinate with business units to ensure organizational information, reporting lines, positions, departments, and employee information are accurate and up to date. Support organizational restructuring and workforce changes by assessing impacts on positions, headcount, and reporting structures. Maintain consistency of organizational hierarchy, including Division, Department, Section, Position, and Reporting Line . Maintain accurate organization and headcount data to support workforce planning and management decision-making. 5. TA Analytics & Process Improvement Monitor recruitment KPIs and metrics, including Time to Fill, Recruitment Aging, Vacancy Status, Sourcing Effectiveness, and Hiring Progress . Prepare recruitment dashboards, hiring reports, and workforce updates for management. Analyze recruitment data to identify hiring risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Review and continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, candidate experience, and TA processes. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and data privacy requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , with strong end-to-end recruitment experience. Previous experience in leading, supervising, or coaching a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment team is highly preferred. Experience in Workforce Planning, Manpower Planning, Headcount Management, or Organization Structure would be an advantage. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with Hiring Managers and senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with recruitment and workforce data. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience preparing HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead the team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Experience in healthcare, hospital, service, or high-volume recruitment would be an advantage.
