Temporary Paralegal | Disputes Team An exciting opportunity is available for a Paralegal to join the disputes team of a leading global law firm on a temporary basis . This role will commence immediately and is offered for an initial period of 2 to 3 weeks. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you will gain valuable exposure to high quality disputes work in a collaborative and professional environment. This position is best suited to a candidate who can commit to working full time in the office for the duration of the assignment and is looking to build upon their litigation experience within a highly regarded legal team. This role is also open to students who can work on a full-time basis. Responsibilities • Assisting lawyers with a range of disputes and litigation matters • Preparing, reviewing and organising legal documents and court materials • Conducting legal research and compiling findings • Managing files and maintaining accurate records • Assisting with discovery, document review and administrative tasks as required • Providing general support to the broader disputes team Benefits • Competitive hourly rate of $40 per hour plus superannuation • Opportunity to work with a respected global law firm • Exposure to high quality disputes and litigation matters • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Immediate start available About You • Previous paralegal experience within a law firm or legal environment • Some litigation or disputes experience is highly desirable • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment • Available to work full time in the office for the duration of the assignment • Available to commence at short notice or immediately If you are an experienced Paralegal looking for an immediate opportunity to gain exposure within a high performing disputes team, we would love to hear from you.
