Senior/Manager Business Analyst

Practice Strategy Define the Business Consulting strategy aligned with the company's AI, GenAI, data, and automation capabilities. Develop consulting frameworks covering data strategy, AI/GenAI adoption, governance, and digital operating models. Identify and pursue consulting opportunities across industries (e.g., finance, government, manufacturing). Delivery & Commercial Ownership Own consulting revenue growth, pipeline development, and key account expansion; oversee pre-sales strategy and proposal quality. Work with data, AI, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable. Maintain delivery quality, methodology, and customer satisfaction standards. Advisory & Market Presence Advise C-level stakeholders on digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and AI/GenAI strategy. Develop thought leadership and consulting materials to support market positioning. Represent the company at customer engagements, industry forums, and partnership discussions. Team Building (For manager role) Build, lead, and mentor the consulting team. Develop team capability in consulting, analytics strategy, and GenAI/digital transformation advisory. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of consulting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role for manager. 5+ years of experience for senior role Proven experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or AI/GenAI-driven solutions. Strong understanding of analytics, AI/GenAI, cloud platforms, and automation. Ability to connect technology to business outcomes. Experience in business development and revenue ownership. Strong leadership and team development skills. Preferred Qualifications Technical background (e.g., data science, engineering, enterprise architecture) is a plus. Experience in a specific business domain or industry vertical (e.g., banking, government, retail) is a plus. Experience with analytics/automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, UiPath) is a plus.
