Senior Project Manager Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with multiresidential project experience? Join a very well-established developer builder on a new development. Join during design and preconstruction, then move across to the delivery of the $100M project. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering. Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution. Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment. Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum. About You: Proven experience as a PM or SPM. MUST have commercial new build experience $80M+. In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements. A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. What’s in It for You?
