Civil Operators, Labourers and HC Drivers

Indi Recruitment & Labour Hire has ongoing civil work across Western Sydney with an established civil contractor. Work is regular until February 2027 with immediate starts available. Machine Operators x 2 – $50 – $55 p/hr + super Excavators, rollers, graders, dozers. Tickets and civil experience required. Labourers x 2 – $37 – $41 p/hr + super General civil, pit and pipe, working around plant. White Card required. HC Truck Drivers x 3 – $40 – $48 p/hr + super Truck and dog / tipper work. Current HC licence and clean driving record. - Weekly pay, penalty rates on overtime - Long days available for those who want the hours - Regular ongoing work with the chance of permanent roles for the right people Requirements: - White Card and relevant tickets / VOCs / licences for your role - Civil construction experience preferred - Own reliable transport - Reliable and available to start now - Right to work in Australia Indi Recruitment is a 100% Indigenous-owned recruitment and labour hire business.
