Sr. Talent Acquisition – Chinese Speaking (BTS/MRT Line)

Position Summary Delivery to ensure effective recruitment execution, workforce planning, and operational support for clients. Serve as the primary focal point between internal recruitment teams, onsite support functions, hiring managers, and client stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies, hiring progress, and project objectives. The role requires strong knowledge of recruitment operations,, along with the ability to manage stakeholders, analyze recruitment performance, and support business continuity across assigned projects. Key Responsibilities Recruitment activities across assigned projects, while collaborating closely with the HR Operations Project team to ensure effective recruitment operations and service delivery. Manage recruitment for assigned, critical, or urgent positions to ensure timely hiring delivery and operational continuity. Monitor recruitment pipelines, hiring progress, and recruitment KPIs to ensure alignment with business targets and service expectations. Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports, dashboards, and hiring insights to support recruitment planning and management decision-making. Partner closely with client HRBP teams, regional stakeholders, and overseas counterparts to support recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and hiring activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments with high employee movement. Strong expertise in recruitment operations, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and project management. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR/recruitment systems. Excellent command of English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken.
