Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities: Handle Order-To-Cash transactions in SAP system and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for logistics planning and management with effective and efficient operation of warehouse and distribution, including proper inventory control and planning. Sales order processing and fulfillment. Follow up order delivery schedule and shipping arrangement. Prepare month-end closing and perform monthly stock take and cycle count. 3PLs management and liaison to ensure comply with the company’s KPI standard. Liaison with internal stakeholders on sales forecast validation, material and production planning to drive for excellent customer services level. Maintain system data accuracy and conduct various analysis reports for management review. Assist in demand and supply forecast planning and inventory replenishment. Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned. Requirements: Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline is preferable. Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in logistics planning, order processing, and warehouse management. Strong logistics background with proven experience handling full sets of import and export shipping documentation, including Tradelink and China customs declaration Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and sense of responsibilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing; knowledge of SAP B1 is preferred. Occasional Travel to China may be required.
