We aim to be the nexus to connect minds, engage hearts and touch lives so that together as a community, we fulfil the needs and aspiration of people. 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your Role: Plan, coordinate and develop community programmes, services and outreach Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programmes and services Coordinate Department volunteers’ operations and development Support and facilitate Department administration duties and responsibilities Prepare publicity materials relating to programmes and services Support Monastery events and activities Network and promote cordial relationship with stakeholders of the department 📚 What You Bring: Qualification: Diploma or above in Psychology / Social Service / Event Management / Business Management or related discipline Year(s) of Experience: Min. 2 years of working experience in community outreach, programme planning or any social service discipline Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Programme planning and coordination, Good communication & interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office, Ability to multi-task and work within time frame with minimal supervision Passionate and enthusiastic about serving the community Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) or irregular working hour(s) Possess basic knowledge of Buddhism will be of an advantage 🎊 Your Rewards: Attractive salary commensurate with work experience Delicious vegetarian meals provided to keep you energised throughout the day.
