Contracts Administrator | Fit-Out & Refurbishment Sydney, NSW | National Projects An established fit-out and refurbishment contractor is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join its Sydney team. The business delivers commercial projects across Australia, working with a strong portfolio of repeat clients. This is a great opportunity to join a growing contractor with exposure to fast-paced projects across multiple sectors and locations. The Role Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and administrative delivery of projects from procurement through to completion. Key responsibilities include: Preparing subcontractor scopes and tender packages Managing procurement and subcontractor agreements Assessing progress claims and processing payments Managing variations, cost reporting and project forecasts Reviewing contracts and identifying commercial risks Maintaining project documentation and registers Supporting the Project Manager with budgets and reporting Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Assisting with project close-out and final accounts About You Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction Fit-out and refurbishment experience is highly regarded Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement, variations and cost control Confident communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Relevant construction management, quantity surveying or engineering qualification Comfortable supporting projects delivered across Australia What’s on Offer Join an established contractor with a strong national project pipeline Exposure to a variety of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Supportive and experienced project delivery team Genuine career development opportunities Competitive salary package based on experience Sydney-based role with exposure to projects nationally To find out more, apply today or contact Sam Cooper at Morson Edge for a confidential discussion.
