We are more than a facility—we are a community of animal lovers dedicated to excellence. We’re looking for a vibrant, motivated Casual Kennel Attendant & Receptionist to join our friendly team. What Your Day Will Look Like This is a truly diverse "hybrid" role. You’ll be the heartbeat of the resort, switching between: Front-of-House : Being the welcoming face of our resort—greeting clients, answering calls, managing bookings, and handling payments with a smile. Expert Pet Care: Ensuring our guests are happy and healthy by feeding, exercising, providing enrichment, and maintaining pristine enclosures. Operational Support: Following safety protocols to a tee and using your admin skills to keep the resort running smoothly. About You Animal & People Focused: You find energy in helping customers and caring for their furry best friends. Experienced: You have 12+ months of experience in animal care, hospitality, or customer service. Professional: You have strong communication skills and a solutions-focused "can-do" attitude. Reliable: You hold a current driver’s licence, have reliable transport, and full Australian working rights. Flexible: You’re ready to jump in across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods (Christmas/New Year). Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and have the aptitude to master our reservation systems. Bonus points if you have a Qualification in Companion Animal Services or dog training experience! Ready to Apply?
