Senior Contract Administrator - Major Commercial Project - Sydney Senior Contract Administrator opportunity with a leading Tier 2 commercial builder delivering a major complex new build project valued $1Bn+ With a strong pipeline of secured work across major commercial, health, education and technically challenging projects, this builder has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects with a collaborative culture, excellent systems and a well-resourced project team. This role will see you joining an experienced commercial team on a landmark project, working alongside a Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, multiple Senior Contract Administrators and Contract Administrators. The Role: Manage the commercial delivery of major subcontract packages from procurement through to final account Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontract packages, including claims, variations and progress payments Monitor project costs, budgets and forecasting to support commercial performance Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and Commercial Manager to drive programme and commercial outcomes Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients while supporting risk management and contract administration Required Experience: Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator with a head contractor Experience delivering major commercial new build projects valued $100M+ Strong knowledge of procurement, subcontract administration and cost management Ability to work collaboratively within a large, well-resourced project team For a confidential discussion about this role or similar opportunities, please contact Adam Shaw on 02 9376 8200 or apply via the link below.
